First Aid

Completing a first aid certificate course is the best method of ensuring the safety of yourself, your employees on the job. If an accident happens whether it’s a minor or serious accident, how one handles the situation can be the difference between life and death.

Two of our staff members had an opportunity to be part of 26 members of 16 organisations that had a great 3 days of intense training in the Level 1 St John’s First Aid Course. The course included Emergency Scene Management involving CPR, severe bleeding, burns, bandages, choking and much more. To obtain level 1 certificates participants had to write a test to pass the course. Vision Afrika also received First Aid Kits.

Completing a first aid course empowered Vision Afrika with the skills and knowledge to provide the appropriate first aid response, life support until further medical assistance arrives.

We would like to thank Connect Network for the great opportunity.
